In this improvisational concert different Chinese musicians each will make their own instruments come alive and through them communicate with each other. Past and the present is not the same, but on the silk strings and the keyboard and in the drumbeat old and new can interweave and collide!

Du Yichen is plays pipa – the “Chinese Lute”

张羽 Zhang Yu

Zhang Yu writes songs and melodies, and plays a variety of Chinese instruments including guzheng, erhu and bawu.

姜俊弛 GeorgeJIANG

The Producer and DJ GeorgeJIANG gives the evening a modern twist with his live electro, and he will also play piano this evening.
