AiR: Lou Nick(Li Feng) to Sweden
Lou Nick, Beijing artist, works as an artist in residence in the Nordic Water Colour Museum’s studio from 1 Feb – 30 April, 2012.
The West Götaland Region Scholarship to invite a Chinese artist to the Nordic Water Colour Museum outside Göteborg, Sweden, has been given to Lou Nick in 2012. He will stay in Sweden from 1 February to 30 April, 2012.
Lou Nick was a farmer from Shan Dong province, he learnt art by himself. He mainly works with stone carving, sound art and performance. He had his solo exhibition at TCG Nordica Gallery in Kunming in Oct of 2011(see the link), and he will develop his art project during he stays in Sweden.
